Classes for my Doctorate in Education from Capella University started in January 2013. This ePortfolio best represents the work I am most proud of for every class completed in the Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management. The eportfolio is broken into classes and in some cases types of leadership. Through my work I found documents and assignments that best represent leadership in:
an Educational Environment,
in a Culture of Learning,
leadership and Value Culture of learning Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality,
lead through Exceptional Communication,
And through evidence Informed Decision Making.
